When I first arrived to United States the weather was too dry for my fob taste. My skin still long for the slimly humid air of Taiwan. But still, “Harrow USA!”
One weekend we went out to look for a park. My parents were trying really hard to read the map they bought from Safeway. My parents were totally lost, we drove from Sunnyvale to Cupertino. And finally we found the park. When we got off the car, our family was immediately impressed by all the trees and grass growing everywhere. There was a path running in between two rows trees. I was standing in the middle of a green tunnel. My sister and I rolled in the grass and threw the spiky pine cones at each other. Best park in the world. America is great.
Today I look back, that awesome park is not even a park, but the sidewalk of Homestead Rd, behind the HP campus.
